I just wanted to spread the word about a blogging friend’s 60-mile walk to raise money for breast cancer research.

Mel will taking part in the Washington DC Breast Cancer 3-day walk from the 3rd to the 5th of October; she will be walking in memory of her mother. By helping Mel raise funds you can be entered in a contest to win some scrummy prizes. Mel has written about the walk here – I wish her much success, both in her fundraising and in her walk.
